Can Sabi send an email or text on my behalf without my approval?

Every outbound send/reply/post runs through a hard-coded approval gate, deterministic code written outside the AI that physically blocks the send until you confirm. It's not something Sabi "tries to remember." You stay in the driver's seat on anything that touches another human.
